General Terms and Conditions of Service

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

In short

Epic Ride helps you plan and navigate rides. It can be wrong, and you are always responsible for how you ride. It's free today; if that changes, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

🏍️ SAFETY FIRST. Routes, weather, riding-condition assessments, readiness information and navigation are for information only and can be wrong. Every riding decision is yours: check real conditions, obey traffic laws and authorities, and ride within your ability and your motorcycle's limits. Mount your phone securely and don't touch the app while moving; stop safely first, and follow local rules on phone use while riding. Epic Ride does not detect accidents or call emergency services.

1. THE AGREEMENT

These Terms are an agreement between you and Prasanna Ganesh V, Morges, Switzerland ("Epic Ride", "we"), for the Epic Ride app and epicride.ai (the "Services"). You accept these Terms on the consent screen in the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. WHO CAN USE IT

You must be 18 or older, hold a valid motorcycle licence where you ride, and keep access to your sign-in email secure. The Services are free today; any future paid feature will be offered under the terms shown at the time, through the App Store or Google Play.

3. USING THE SERVICES

You may use the Services for your own, non-commercial riding. Don't break the law through them, give false information, disrupt or scrape them, get around their security, copy or reverse engineer them or their routing and scoring, or use them to build a competing product. The Services and their content belong to us; your routes and share cards stay yours, and you let us store and process them to provide the Services.

4. ACCURACY AND AI

Routes, forecasts and navigation are estimates based partly on third-party data. Roads may be closed, unpaved or unsuitable, and conditions change fast. Some features use AI, which can be wrong or incomplete. Check before you rely on anything, and never rely on the app alone.

5. HEALTH DATA

Connecting Oura or Apple Health is optional. When you connect, the app asks you to agree to this processing, as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending a summary of your readiness to our AI service provider for your riding recommendation. Disconnecting (Garage › Body & Wearables) deletes this data. Readiness information is not medical advice. If you feel unwell, tired or unsafe, don't ride, whatever the app shows.

6. LIABILITY

The Services are free and provided as they are, with no promise that they are accurate, available or suitable for any ride. You alone are responsible for your riding decisions; as far as the law allows, we are not liable for accidents, injury, damage or other loss arising from them or from your use of the Services, including through slight negligence by us or the providers we rely on. We remain liable for intent and gross negligence, and nothing here limits liability, including for death or personal injury or under consumer law, where the law does not allow it. You are responsible for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

7. CHANGES AND ENDING

We may change or stop the Services. If we change these Terms materially, the app will ask you to accept the new version. You can delete your account at any time (Account › Your Data); we may close accounts that seriously breach these Terms. We may transfer these Terms to a successor running the Services, including a company we set up, and will tell you if we do. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

8. LAW

Swiss law applies and the courts of the Canton of Vaud have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live and may also use your local courts. Please contact us first at founder@epicride.ai so we can try to resolve any issue. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
